On Saturday we tried out Co Wheels, a car sharing club with several vehicles ideally situated in Tunbridge Wells and available for as little as £5 an hour. We picked up our Toyota Yaris on Mount Ephraim Road, an automatic hybrid. With one tap of our key card the doors opened and we set off effortlessly - it was that simple!

I started 2020 with the aim of overhauling my fitness, I’d spent far too long ignoring the fact that my clothes were too tight and I was ready to buy the next size up. My diet was full of home-cooked food that was full of carbohydrates finished off with a glass of wine most nights. Let’s be clear, I have NEVER liked fitness, it just wasn’t for me and mainly born from a negative mentality of thinking ‘I can’t do that’ and ‘I’m just not that type of person’.
