A perfect Saturday in Tunbridge Wells
On Saturday we tried out Co Wheels, a car sharing club with several vehicles ideally situated in Tunbridge Wells and available for as little as £5 an hour. We picked up our Toyota Yaris on Mount Ephraim Road, an automatic hybrid. With one tap of our key card the doors opened and we set off effortlessly - it was that simple!

What if we were Spring ready?
So, what if we were ready? What if we were Spring ready? When the new year started so many of us hoped that because we “thought" about making change, it would "make” change happen and like any New Years’ resolution we kind of needed it to work more than ever.

Something for the weekend... Sankey’s Thai Mussels
The news last night that lockdown restrictions are set to ease on the 2nd of December was a welcome one! We’ve missed the spontaneity of dining out when the mood takes us and we’ve especially missed one of our favourites, Sankey’s.
To get through what is hopefully our last weekend in lockdown (is that too hopeful?!) we’ll be trying this delicious recipe to recreate the magic that only comes when dining on The Pantiles.
Shop small this Christmas...
We can all agree that this year has been a weird one. However, the promise of Christmas is like the light at the end of the tunnel, and one that I am keen to speed ahead to.
Our local shops have suffered massively over the past few months, so with that in mind, We pledge to make a greater effort to shop locally. To support our high street businesses and champion the artisans.
Thinking of doing the same? To help, We've pulled together a handful of smaller businesses based in Kent, that offer high quality and unique products.
PAY IT FORWARD >>
It’s tough right now and more than anything we all just want to support each other and get through this time. Please reach out if you need anything, don’t suffer alone - we can connect people and businesses as and when required. With that in mind, we’ve set up ‘Pay it forward’.
It’s simple, genuine offers of support and kindness that will bring positivity and happiness to another person, no money changes hands and we will highlight anyone offering a good deed. Here’s how you get involved...

Getting fit with MZ9 Fitness
I started 2020 with the aim of overhauling my fitness, I’d spent far too long ignoring the fact that my clothes were too tight and I was ready to buy the next size up. My diet was full of home-cooked food that was full of carbohydrates finished off with a glass of wine most nights. Let’s be clear, I have NEVER liked fitness, it just wasn’t for me and mainly born from a negative mentality of thinking ‘I can’t do that’ and ‘I’m just not that type of person’. I was kidding myself.
