A perfect Saturday in Tunbridge Wells

Mount Ephraim Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent

On Saturday we tried out Co Wheels, a car sharing club with several vehicles ideally situated in Tunbridge Wells and available for as little as £5 an hour. We picked up our Toyota Yaris on Mount Ephraim Road, an automatic hybrid. With one tap of our key card the doors opened and we set off effortlessly - it was that simple!

We drove to Kingdom in Penshurst for breakfast and to take in the stunning views. We also visited the new art gallery situated underneath the main building, lots of beautiful pieces by local artists.

We then took a short drive to Groombridge, to visit Cherry Tree Farm where we picked flowers for most of the afternoon, it’s perfect for kids and there are hundreds varieties at this time in the season.

Our car fit two adults and two children comfortably (with lots of shopping in the boot!) and was perfect for taking lots of short trips in and around town.

Co Wheels are a sustainable and eco-friendly company with a 1/3 of their cars being electric. Each car from their club has managed to take off 18.5 privately owned vehicles from the roads in the UK and can save its users up to £1000 each year.

Co Wheels provides the perfect solution for those who don’t own a car, vehicles can be hired by the hour and are very conveniently located throughout town.

Quote code ‘OTW20’ to sign up with no joining fees, no monthly fee and free £20 driving credit for a limited time only.
