The news last night that lockdown restrictions are set to ease on the 2nd of December was a welcome one! We’ve missed the spontaneity of dining out when the mood takes us and we’ve especially missed one of our favourites, Sankey’s.

To get through what is hopefully our last weekend in lockdown (is that too hopeful?!) we’ll be trying this delicious recipe to recreate the magic that only comes when dining on The Pantiles.

We can all agree that this year has been a weird one. However, the promise of Christmas is like the light at the end of the tunnel, and one that I am keen to speed ahead to.

Our local shops have suffered massively over the past few months, so with that in mind, We pledge to make a greater effort to shop locally. To support our high street businesses and champion the artisans.
