I found Louise on Instagram, her dark walls and brave colour palette made me scroll through every picture she'd ever taken (stalker alert). I asked if I could see more of this house and to my delight she sent these photos over. I'm in LOVE!

Here's what Louise has to say about the project....

In 2012 we purchased a beautiful Georgian Townhouse on a lovely terrace in Tunbridge Wells, just off Chapel Place. The house still had many of the original features which I love in a property. After attending a design class at Abigail Ahern it gave me the inspiration to use dark colours in many of the rooms, mixed with bold wallpaper patterns sourced from House of Hackney. This house also enhanced my passion for sourcing antique pieces, especially chandeliers, mirrors and unique items like taxidermy. Like I tell my husband, you can never have too many chandeliers!

We have now moved to my latest project which is an early Victorian Townhouse in the centre of the Pantiles. It’s a property over three floors with stunning original features. It also benefits from a lot of natural light which allows me to experiment with my dark and bold colours. I am also assisting clients with their interior design requirements and sourcing unique furnishings through my new business venture, Louise Brown Interiors.
